When we find the root causes of your struggles and then discover, heal, and release your negative reactions that cause a disruption in your energy field. You’ll notice that once your energy field is back in balance, you become aware of the patterns that have been playing out that don’t serve you and finally move on from self-sabotaging behaviour.
Before having my session, I was anxious, I felt stuck, I was angry, and I didn’t have any sense of purpose or direction in my life. I had no idea what I wanted in my life and was extremely confused. Within a few days after having my session I felt a sense of clarity overcome me one that I had never felt before.

The Wheel of Life is measuring your Health, Emotional Health, Physically Health, Relationships and Career. When you understand what you no longer want in your life it is easier to become clear about what you do want in your life and working with a Life Coach will support you in making all the positive changes that you need to make. Depending on what her clients need, Christine uses a variety of evidence based approaches that she has been trained and certified in.

You’ll learn specific mindset, thinking & emotional management strategies to change your feelings & behaviours and we will rebuild your identity and self-image in a way that is empowering & healthy for you
10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months
This can turn up in your business, your job, your finances, your relationships, socially, or generally in your life for no reason at all. You might have an underlying feeling that something isn’t right and there is a overall feeling of being stressed and negative.
Together we will find out what the triggers are that are causing these issues and you will learn new more positive ways to respond in, whilst clearing the root cause of these issues so it’s easier for you to respond in a more positive way.
We will also look at your belief systems that are contributing to the negative responses and you will learn new incredible positive strategies and tools to support you in making the appropriate changes.
We will also look your overall health and ensure that you are living up to your full potential.

This option is good if you feel generally on track but just need to re-focus regularly, or to discuss a very specific small problem.
